MEUZ 2017 – Youngest organizing team yet!

The 5th edition of MEUZ was held from 7th to 12th of May and for the second time in the Croatian Parliament.

The conference was organized under the patronage of the European Parliament, Office of the Croatian President Ms. Kolinda Grabar- Kitarović, the Mayor of Zagreb Mr. Milan Bandić and the City Assembly of Zagreb. MEUZ 2017 is co-funded by Erasmus+ and was supported and prepared in cooperation with the European Parliament Information Office.

MEUZ 2017 was the biggest edition yet with 108 participants and 23 organizing team members. This year’s organizing team is also one of the youngest yet in the history of MEUZ with the average age of 21,6 years while the average age of the participants was 22,88 years.

The organizing team was coordinated by Director General Ivana Barac and two Deputy Director Generals, Nikola Klasić and Marta Zemljić.

The discussed topics included NIC Directive and Directive on Combating Terrorism.
